Founded in 1995, we provide expertise and service in R&D, design, analysis, prototyping and testing for a wide range of electrical and electromagnetic technologies. 

The founder, Jay Vaidya, has 40 years of experience including several years as Chief Research Engineer for a large Aerospace Corporation and holds the following degrees:

• B.E.E. (Electric Power)
• D.I.I.Sc. (Industrial Management)
• M.S.E.E. (Control Systems)

Jay is the author of 15 published papers and also holds 8 patents.

Support staff includes:  marketing, prototype winding and assembly, testing, graduate researchers, design and drafting, and administration.

News Release: January 1, 2003

Jay Vaidya presented the paper, Advanced Electric Generator & Control for High Speed Micro/Mini Turbine Based Power Systems, at the PowerGen Conference held in Orlando, Florida in December 2002.

The paper was well received by a large audience, generating interest in the technology of high speed induction generators for applications in Micro and Mini Power Systems.
